Smoking Canopies

Smoking Canopies need to be made from fireproof materials. These can be made from Fireproof Canvas or PVC These need to be attractive - and be available in a full range of colours These also need to be available with solid brass eyelets and come come complete with ropes as standard. These also need to be tailor made to your exact size requirements.

As soon as you put up a canopy it becomes an enclosed public space and smoking is banned.

Only if the sides are more than 50% enclosed.

Wrong, it is only enclosed if 100% of the perimeter has walls or another structure serving the function of walls, it is partially enclosed if over 50% of the perimeter has such a structure. For a more precise legal definition than my simplification see:

Advertising needs to be made from sentences which introduce the subject in a suitable way

These can include clear introductions of the items for sale & of the person(s) or company either selling or making the items

These adverts need to be attractive, funny or different in some way to be particularly effective, rather than a list of dull sentences

They also need to be targeted to those persons / establishments likely to want to purchase the items, or the advert may seem ill-placed, annoying or odd

Is this a legal requirement?

Since when was "fireproof" a proper noun? And for that matter neither is "Canvas".

If you want to sell them, then this would be advisable.

Full, or just comprehensive?

Why do they need to be brass, polished brass can look good, but so can A2 stainless steel.

Come, come. One "come" is sufficient.

Obviously.

No, they need fit the purchaser's requirements, if a stock size from someone else is cheaper and only slightly smaller then why waste money on this semi-literate bunch

For a significant consideration I could rewrite your Powerpoint bullet points as something that might et you custom instead of derision.

Quite so.
