I make my coffee one mug at a time in a French Press. Is there a quality machine that is better for smaller quantities? Good coffee is the only enjoyment left in my miserable life so I don't care what it costs.

Thanks for the reply. I never considered a manual grinder. Can you recomend anything particular? It looks like the main difference between most of them is cosmetic.
I always liked the idea of buying the best. Electric "best" look to be over $500! Are the "Zass" grinders at the top of the manual grinder heap?
Thanks for taking the time to answer my question, and I think I really am going to get one of these. They are appealing.
