We just had a craving for a calypso coffee, been out , got all the stuff, cant get the cream to stay on the top. Tried everything, cold spoon, hot spoon, little sugar, whipping, single, double cream, squirty stuff. nothing works what are we doing wrong ????? is it the coffee ?? tia maria ?? too hot , too cold what ?? HELLLLLLLLP please !! :o) You know how frustrating it is when something that looks so simple in the restaurants,becomes sooo hard to recreate at home ??
