I have just got a new gaggia coffe deluxe but am having a problem, in that it does not have any crema on the brew. I am using a Russell Hobbs burr grinder set fine & fresh beans. One thing I have found is that the temperature off the water at the head without the filter basket is only 163 deg F. This seems a bit low to me can anyone confirm this.
