After 15 months of home service the Sunbeam Coffeemaker stop working. To my dismay the 12 months warranty was over. I contacted Sunbeam at
800-667-8623 for their comment. The reply was nothing can be done after the 12 months warranty. I then emailed my comment to Sunbeam a week ago with no reply. My observation is when I buy a product warranty for 12 months it should be manufactured to last more than twelve months. After this experience I feel that the 12 months warranty means that after that period you are on borrowing time.
