I posted last year about my addiction, and I received some helpful advice.
Over the summer, I managed to quit coffee. My life improved dramatically. I found I was happier and had more energy. Even women seemed to pay more attention to me. In short, things were going better than ever.
Now, I'm addicted again, like nobody's business. I'm drinking 4 cups a day, and I can't sleep for more than 20 minutes at a time
