Cost of Liquor License?

In the mid-west. Like Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, or Michigan.

I would think you would need to contact the community you were going to set up in. Costs would be hard to generally estimate.

I was just looking for a ballpark estimate - like ten thousand? Fifty thousand? etc...

50K you say? I'm thinking a liquor license is really a license to print money. Just buy a small building, get the license, and get the liquor, and let the customers come 6 days a week. I wonder how hard it is to obtain a license (besides coming up with the money).

well, a couple of my favoirte resturants are in da up, but I am still but a lowly troll, by about 40 miles

oh, that was not including the liscese fees, just the first order from the state! As to how hard, is there a package licsence avaiable in the area you want to set up in? If not, and if the county does not want to play, you are kinda SOL in michigan.
