For anyone who was following along with this "experiment", I tasted it today. Tasted fairly close to my usual amber ale recipe but with a hint of cherry cider flavor in the background. Fairly smooth with not much aftertaste. I'll probably put a good dent into the supply over this long weekend. Cheers, Mike
