I'm considering making a lemon / citrus brew as a bit of an experiment. Basically, what I am trying for is a cider style - but lemon flavoured. Aussies might remember Two Dogs (Why do you ask?)
I was thinking something like:
1.5 kg light malt 6 pureed lemons 2 pureed oranges A handfull of grapesStill thinking about correct sugar, probably 1 kg cane. No idea about yeast - champagne? Hops?
Plan was to make 10 l or so. Any ideas?
