Green Beer? Idea's recipes?
I realize that it may be too late to make a good batch of "Green Beer" but does anyone have any good idea on how to color it or good receipts?

Yeah... add green food coloring in the glass. Or, for a nice green Irish stout, add spinach to the mash.

P.S. I was kidding about the spinach, but if you're into that sort of thing, go for it.
I have a light IPA aging in a Conelius keg, could I pop the cover dump some food coloring in, and repressurize it?
