Some of the best Brews I have tasted, never went to the Pumphouse (Darling Harbour) but spent a nice evening sampling their beers at TLN.
Closest thing to professinal homebrewing I have seen. though I suppose Hahn and Cascade are the home brewers gone professional, I'm not really a fan of either of these beers.

I tried a few when DAPUG used to meet there (once a month) about 6 yrs ago.
I remember being surprised they used the 'open' fermenter brewing method.
A bitter taste from memory, but again there is no such thing as bad beer! It's just that some are better than others.
