Brewers Best Kit : recipe for Full Bobied Weizenbier yield : 5gallons ingredients:

6.6lbs plain wheat malt extract ( Muntons)
1oz Hallertau Hops (bittering)
1/2oz Hallertau Hops (finishing)
5oz Priming sugar
11grams Nottingham yeast

Starting gravity: 1052 Now its sitting in the secondary bottle(day2) after 6days in primary- dark closet(60-70f) very little bubbling at this point. So how does it sound so far? first attempt- smells like beer LOL.

Sounds to me like a delicious American wheat beer. Should end up with a huge foamy head and a deep copper color (a bit on the dark side for a wheat beer). You may wish to cut down on the priming sugar a bit... use 4 oz instead of 5 oz, although it's really up to you how much head you want on it. I'm sure it will be delicious.
