leftover receipe

Thought I'd use up my extras this summer and do a brew. I thought I'd throw it all together and see what came out at first. But now I'm not so sure. Any ideas??

3 lbs Plain Amber DME
3 lbs Plain Light DME .5 lb Crystal 120L
1 lb Crystal 40L
1 oz Saaz Pellets 3%
1 oz Hallertau Pellets 3.8%
1 oz cascade Pellets 5.7%
1 oz Cascade Leaf 5.7% Safale and Munton Yeast.

Sounds to me like a VERY tasty American amber ale... almost a brown ale even, depending on how dark your extract is. I say go for it. Split up the hop additions amongst the different varieties however you like but I suggest staying along the lines of having about 2 oz in the boil for 60 minutes, 1 oz between 15 and 2 minutes, and 1 oz dry hop. Just a suggestion.

Good luck, let us know how it turns out.
