Came across some coopers pale ale home brew kit the other day in Perth

If you expect it to be like the real stuff, you'll be slightly disappointed


- but it's not a bad drop according to the samples I have been testing for the last week or so.


Mine was made with Brewcraft #15 enhancer which is a mixture of malt, glucose and corn syrup (can't find the proportions just now). Comes out around 4.3%.


Also, if you get the chance, try the Sparkling Ale but make sure you use 1.5 Kg light liquid malt, 500g light malt extract and 300g Dextrose as fermentables (recommended in the instructions under the cap). Tasty.
