Describe your bottle filling procedure..

A used bottle will often have microscopic particles or chips within which serve as a nucleus for evolution of dissolved gas.
I have always suspected The peroxides in certain no-rinse sterilants stimulate gas evolution but have no proof since I rinse and heat sterilize all my bottles
