Substitute for Belgian Aromatic Malt

Sep 16, 2003 1 Replies

Hi,

I would like to try an recipe for Corsendonk pale ale which I have seen in Beer Captured. My problem is that I have to use Belgian Aromatic Malt 20-26L and the only aromatic malt which my malt supplier has got is Brewferm Aroma

150EBC (75L).

Can I use that 1:1? Can I use less? Or can I mix it up in some way?. The result should still be a pale ale.

Best regards

Henrik.
