Came across this interesting article from GourmetRetailer.com about new study shows that green tea can protect your heart arteries b keeping them flexible and relaxed, and therefore better able t withstand changes in blood pressure. The study, led by Dr. Nikolao Alexopoulos of Athens Medical School in Greece, found that among 1 subjects, those who drank green tea showed greater dilation of thei heart arteries on ultrasound 30 minutes later than those drinkin either diluted caffeine or hot water. Experts caution, however, tha one study isn't enough to make green tea the next medical miracle

At the not so local Chinese tea shoppe they had an author give a presentation on his tea book about monks, meditation, and the ancient medicinal benefits. I didnt go but I understand standing room only. Gad I want one cup of tea with someone in my lifetime who doesnt have an angle. I sometimes think maybe I have a subconcious motivation about my passion for tea. All I tell people you cant appreciate a cup till you appreciate yourself. Tea is a self fulfilling revelation.

I'm a bit overweight, balding, and frequently succumb to colds and sore throats and I drink liters a day! Now that is how it should be sold! "Tea. It won't do a damn thing for you but make you happy for a small time." Gotta go, my career in advertising is taking off.
