I was recently at a conference and they served some GREAT tea. The bags were in a variety box, in individually wrapped bags. Each bag looked like a nylon bag that was stitched shut and the herbs were whole (flowers, stems, etc) not just broken up dried leaves.
Any idea on the brand?

Nice teas, perhaps (based on a quick look at the Web site), but not much of a selection.
