It seems like a decent deal, except nowhere does it say it is safe for consumption which is a bit troubling. I get mine locally from:

and I talked to the owner and he will gladly ship. The only other thing to note is that 2 pounds will be like 4 large coffee bags full, maybe a bit more. It's a lot. Try calling that herbco and verify it is safe to drink.

has Organic Egyptian Chamomile Flowers for $10.75 per pound.

No problem, I had mentioned it once before during my own search but I figured it was worth repeating. You have to be really careful in the description because most is not fit for consumption and even some really inexpensive stuff that says it is is probably better not to drink as it can be low-grade/potpourri grade sold as a consumable.
I'm not sure why the Prestogeorge link I posted shows as so expensive, I buy it right at the shop and it is like $7/lb. If the other link falls through try calling them for pricing, if they stick to that price I'd be happy to buy it and ship it at cost myself.
