Finally! Feedback on teas given to a "green tea-drinking" friend

If you'll remember from a previous thread or more, I posted that a week before Christmas I gave a friend a Chatsford mug, a tin of white tea, and a variety of green & white teas and tisanes from my stock in zippy bags for her to sample and I never heard anything about them after that.

Last week, she commented that she hasn't been drinking tea because it stains her teeth and she's sticking to water because she's trying to attract a man (she's considerably older than I am) and is using Crest whitening strips.

I told her that the tea needs to be consumed before it goes bad and she could use a straw to get it past her teeth (a couple on TV said they drink coffee through straws because they had their teeth professionally whitened).

She said, "Oh, but I loved that white tea you gave me - the one with the flowers."

That was nice to hear except I hadn't given her any white tea with flowers; it must have been one of the tisanes. No, I didn't correct her. From my past experiences with her, it would have caused an argument and been a wasted effort.
