I read on one of the tea sites that Rooibos tea shows promise in helping the liver. Having some liver problems, I am goiing to get some. Anyone try it and if so, how is the taste? I imagine good and look forward to trying it:

Not exactly "tea", but a drink made from potato peels is known to work wonders on some liver problems. Collect peels from (bio-organic/dynamically grown) potatoes, boil them in in hot water for 2-3 minutes, strain, drink 2-3 cups a day, hot or cold.

I'm guessing that Sasha can suggest a beverage-type use for the waste potatoes.
