What I would *love* to know is who comes up with these *tests* and who funds them?

The gov't I suspect.

funds them?

Spot on, Jaime. Although the Food Police NGO's are active too. One example is the Science in the Public Interest group, who are bound and determined to get us all into lentil soup, lo-fat muffins, tofu.and alfalfa pellets! *G*

No. It is much too harsh for my skin. I use a generic bath soap from a nearby pharmacy which I have found works very well and is pleasantly scented. I also have an olive oil soap from the local health food store I like to use too and once I am done washing up in the mornings, I head downstairs to have a nice cup of English breakfast.

I did date an Irish fellow for a while though, if that helps, but I cannot recall if he ever drank tea.

ALFALFA PELLETS?????

So happens a very good friend of mine eats little other than alfalfa pellets, and loves them. (Of course, he's little, quadrapedal, and a nose twitcher.)

Hamster? I have a little friend who sounds very much like your little friend.

He doesn't go for tea though but his alfalfa pellets smell rather good.

Alfalfa tea??? Hmmmmm????

Naaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh. :-)

A side effects of alfalfa pellets/tea is nose twitching, a desire to breed constantly and to run as hard as you can in one place! Don't say I didn't warn you!*G*

I'm already into lentil soup, lo-fat muffins, and tofu. So where does one find these alfalfa pellets?

PetMart, or on the internet:

There are many other places to get fine first flush alfalfa pellets. Hope this helps.

Now, excuse me. I can't resist a sudden urge to jump in my wheel and twirl a couple spins.

I've got friends who wince at the word "vermin." By the way, the site can't be found. Is this a joke?

Drinking Huang Dan Cong (I'll never get the name of this right.) Listening to Stravinsky's Symphony in Three Movements

Yes, the very one. Thanks. Only I'm on to Namring Darj FF 2004 and Landowska banging out Bach. I'm wondering if both were packaged in the 1930's.

Well, I'm happy to say I'm drinking something packaged this year. This morning a Chinese colleague gave me a paper envelope full of a well-made green a friend of his just brought back from Anhui. I don't know what it's called, but it's fresh and softly delicious, reminding me of Drum Mountain Clouds & Mist. I suppose this happened because of what I posted yesterday.
