After digging out of the third snow storm in as many weeks, I can say anecdotally that Sheng reinvigorated me each time I went out to shovel. I'd shovel for an hour and rest an hour with a nice big cup which I drank off the top. I can say in the past I've done the same thing with other teas which still left me parched and lethargic. I also ended up with no aches or any need for aspirin from many hours of shoveling for each storm.
