Some questions about Pu-Erh.

I'd like to know how to go about buying good quality Beeng-cha pu-erh for long term aging. I've been wondering whether price differences on pu-erh are primarily a matter of age or whether there are estates which produce better base teas. This is important to me as I'd like to know whether the pu-erh cakes that I can find in my local chinatown will improve markedly with age.
