Reading through some of the recent posts on shelf lives, I was wondering where you guys generally store your tea. Obviously in airtight tins away from odors and the like, but how cool is cool enough? I've thought of putting some of mine in a wine cellar, but I think the humidity would get to it. Is the typical room temperature of ~70 degrees damaging? I'd be interested to hear your thoughts. . . .
