Having recently returned to the wide and wonderful world of tea after a 4-year hia- tus, I find myself once again in a state of near-bliss as I contemplate the nearly ov- erwhelming degree of variety available.
I also remember how discour- aging it can be to invest in a qu- antity of leaves only to be disappointed with the liquid it produces. What do some of you do when faced with this problem?
