Tea recipes

Sorry if this is covered in a FAQ or something; just point me there if so.

I'm interested in any good tea related food recipes out there. In particular: 1) Tea Eggs, the Chinese recipe where you crack the shells and the tea makes a marbled pattern inside. Mine look pretty, but don't taste the way I've had them from other people. I'm currently using a mixture of black tea, anise, and soy sauce. 2) Green Tea ice cream: can you just mix brewed tea into an ice cream maker?

Any other tea related food recipes are very welcome.

Thanks!

Eating Tea (written in part by the president of Harney's, I think ) has a wonderful recipe for green tea ice cream. One uses matcha. Liquid would just add water and too many ice crystals.
