I was wondering what is the prefered vessel to brew Darjeelings,keemuns, and yunnans in. I use a Brown Betty teapot and a Bodum muginfuser but im wondering what you all use.

Chatsford 6 cup teapot (~ 40oz) with the infuser basket, and a big horkin' Mason jar (lots of milk and sugar). Brita pitcher to filter the water, some cheap teapot to boil it up. Works great!Ian
