Saw this pop up on the shelves and bought a bottle - hoping for the grand return of Macallan 18. I don't know how long it's been around - it's been a while since I peeked at the 18.
Sadly this bottle still dissapoints - maybe even more than the 1986 and
1987, neither of which come close to a 1985 or earlier "vintage".
I still prefer the current bottling of Macallan 12 to the 18. At $33 a bottle I should probably pull a bob wald and buy one to put next to every tv. But that would only be 2 bottles. lol. ;-)
