Glenora Sued by Scotch Whisky Association

I may be biased, but this seems a little bit outrageous. The company (Glenora Distillers) has been very careful right from the start not to use the word "scotch" in any of their materials or packaging. The area in which it is produced is more like what people think of Scotland than many parts of Scotland itself. I hope the SWA loses and has to pay costs.

If they win, I'm sure they'll sue Glen Campbell for implying that he's a Scottish country singer. Though I heard that Glen's DUI was from drinking Bourbon... that may be why there's so much bad blood between the two.
