DECATATION MERCUREY 1999

Hi,

I plan to open 3 bottles of a Burgondy MERCUREY 1999 for my Xmas eve dinner. I was wondering if it would be a good idea to use a decanter , and if yes, how long before serving it should I decant the "nectar"
