Ah, but the oak is Slavonian not Slovenian...

I go to Slovenia for work every month or so and recent discovery was a wine made from the local Pinela grape, by Batic. Anyhow, the place is definitely a food country, not to be missed.

Drats, foiled again. Southeastern Europe is definitely my weakpoint (I think Franz Ferdinand is a band, you know)

The AP actually stands for amtliche Pruefung - the "s" is just used to link the two parts (Pruefung + Nummer) in Pruefungsnummer.
