Hi all,
As a complete wine novice (I drink wines from Michigan, if that helps!), I have a question on a gift I received -- a box of Mouton Cadet (Baron Phillippe De Rothschild) with a bottle of 99 Red, and 00 White. Any opinions on when to drink this?
Do I hold it for 5 years, or just enjoy it now?

Now, tonight would be good! Cadet is the littlest sibling of the family. A pleasant wine for an afternoon get together.
