Gigglenews, as it's known in certain circles, is a decent ISP if you're looking for binary content, but if you're just using text-only newsgroups there are plenty of high quality free services, such as the one that Ed is using (Eternal-September) or the one I am (aioe.org), that carry all of the text groups.
