My sympathies about the shoulder, Dale. I hope that it's something less drastic than a rotator cuff injury, though one can live with that even, if you don't have any reason to lift your arm above shoulder level. :( Thanks for the notes about the Franc de Pied. I've had a bottle sitting in the "open soon" rack for about 6 months now. Do you serve it chilled at all?
