P[rned a second bottle of this tonight and feel that my last tasting was probably a "bad" bottle. Not that it wasn't enjoyable, just that tonight's bottle is more typical of Loise SB than the last which felt as though the fruit were muted slightly. I am now thinking mild corking where I at first just thought that it tasted like a Graves, ie a blend. At any rate this was an excellent bottle with a solid acidity that made it handle itself even against a tuna steak (yes, I know, red for tuna makes sense, but my wife . . .)
