Uqestion related to wine as we want to get to the Naramata bench wineries from the Mission area in Kelowna w/o having to go through the west side of the lake.....
Is it possible to drive between Kelowna and Naramata on the EAST side of the lake? At least in a normal sedan/saloon car? (A rental )
No roads that you would want to drive. And anyway, the west side of the lake is a nice drive - only about 45 min from Kelowna to Penticton. Then you get to drive by/through all the wineries on the way to Naramata. There is really nothing north of Naramata on the east side. All the action is between Penticton and Naramata, and south of Penticton all the way to Oliver and Osoyoos.
