"Nils Gustaf Lindgren" asked ......
A Razoo (actually "Brass Razoo" is the correct entire form) is an ANZAC icon - of "unknown origin".
It may be defined as "an imaginary coin of trivial value; almost invariably used in negative constructions as in "I haven't a brass razoo to bless my name with" or "I don't give a brass razoo for your opinions!"
Some have speculated that razoo was an adaptation of the NZ Maori word "rahu" meaning testicle (brass rahu) - others say that it originated in war trenches in France, 1918 during WW1 from "arse razoo" meaning fart.
Anzac soldiers changed "Not worth a fart" to "Not worth a Razoo".
Whatever it origin, Brass Razoo is nowadays part of ANZAC folklore.

Thank you for the clarification. I had heard the term "money out the WAZOO," but never "razoo" as a monetary exchange unit, brass, or otherwise. Learn something new each day in this NG!
