That's good to hear, Dale, and in keeping with John Gilman's observations about the quality of '08 for demi-sec (and, I'd wager, sec-tendre) Chenin. I don't think that I have any of the Choiselles, but I do have some Le Bouchet headed my way. Thanks for the notes.

Opened Choisilles after driving 600km with it, was great. For a moment I misread the post and thought you found the wine to hhave aromas of broiled flounder... Same here, beautiful grapefruit and honeysuckle.
