I planned to make a base "spirit" using sugar, nutrient and a high alcohol yeast, feeding sugar up to about 20%. What's your method?

Hi Again,
I also squeeze three bottles out of the flavouring instead of 2. I find the taste is too strong following the bottle directions. Makes your money go a bit further too. peter
