Catawba

I'm going to pick up some Catawba tomorrow and I just realized, I don't know whether Catawba is normally fermented on the skins or pressed out first. Bill

Around here Catawba is cold pressed.

Thanks Clyde, I know Riesling, Chard, Chambourcin, Merlot, etc. But I just wasn't sure with the Catawba, since all the ones I've seen are pink. Bill
