I love that grape - maybe my favorite.

Hope you can help,

Andrew

I have madea Cellar Craft Limited Edition kit, but that was in 2003. Here's a description I took off the net at that time. I just searched Cellar Craft, but they don't appear to have one this year .

Cabernet Franc is now known to be one of the parent varieties which created Cabernet Sauvignon. It has long been used as an integral part of typical wines from the Bordeaux and Loire regions and is now successful in most major areas of the wine world. Cabernet Franc has proven to be well suited to the Yakima Valley where it is used both for an added touch in big reds and as a stand-alone varietal. Our "Crushed Grape Pack" of Cabernet Franc enables fermentation on the skins for a new level of excellence in wine from kits. Skin contact builds complexity, depth and great aging potential. The wine releases aromas of raspberry, plum and cedar. The flavours suggest raspberry and chocolate within an overall distinctive, herbaceous tone. Premium Hungarian oak shavings add toasted and vanilla elements to complete the structure of this bold wine. Shows its quality after 4 - 6 months but continues to develop for at least 2 years.

Google on "European Select" "Cabernet Franc".

I bought one a few years ago, and it was really grand. Loved it.

Or you could also try Woodstick Wines . I've bought from them, mail-order, a couple of times, and been very satisfied. Betty at Woodstick is really great to work with.

Wow. Talk about one-stop-shopping. Thank You, very much.
