I have long thought about giving this a go, (the amount of money my wife and I spend on wine should have spurred me on long ago), but have now decided to give it a go myself.
I am going to start a blog on this both to keep myself amused, and for other first timers referral in the future.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
I have decided to start with a kit for ease, (All bits included, so I can follow the instructions)
But alongside this I want to try a recipe from scratch. I will then have something to compare it against....... All hope now lies in my reading of Jack Kellers web page, and I have heard no nad said about it.........you must remember that I have no clue what all the technical stuff and chemical stuff is at present, but will learn no doubt sooner than later.
