Is My wine already ruined?Help

I bought a starter kit with the CHOICE 5g BEAJOLAISE. I began the wine making on Friday, the wine has been fermenting nicely up until last night (Sunday) when I noticed the water in the airlock had gone pink. I left it as I did not know what to do, anyway this morning (Monday) there is splatters around the plastic demijohn and the water in the airlock is darker and quite thicker. Is the wine already spoilt.

Not yet. Clean up the mess, refill the airlock with water, wait until the wine stops fermenting and then siphon the clear part into a carboy with an airlock on it. If you get some of the solids in the carboy don't worry about it, but you should not have much airspace above the wine. When it's completely finished bubbling you need to add sulfite to the wine according to the directions.
