low SG Concord again

Thanks for the advice...here's another for you. I just racked my 2 gallon Concord recipe into a glass 2.8 gallon secondary. I understand that I can sweeten this wine later on. Here's my question...can I top off with grape juice? I realize it may cause a second fermentation if I don't stop it chemically. My main concern is topping off and not wanting to dilute with water. There is too much surface exposed as is. I have put an airlock on until further advice from all you wise ones..... -Susan

If you racked 2 gal into a 2.8 you are probably 1+ gal short. That is too much to fill with either water are wine. You need to put it back into smaller carboys. Probably 1 gal jugs. But you need to do it quick.
