Be patient. It'll go.

You keep yeast in the refrigerator. The cold will not hurt it. 65 deg is not too cold for it to work anyway. It should go unless something else is wrong.

Sometimes it takes up to a week or something before the bubbles come up.
24 hours is nothing. Be patient and de-cork an old bottle. . . Ri
Did you add a yeast nutrient?
It finally started perking today all by its lonesome. Well almost....it had a litle help sitting next to a radiator for a spell. Tiny little bubbles are making their way thru the must and into our atmosphere. Thanks again.
Yeast will not die in cold temps, so all that you did by pitching cold was give it a slower start. The hotter it is the faster the growth, at least until it gets so hot it kills the yeast.
good luck,
