I have some blackberry melomel I have started and the pH is 2.45 the TA .50

It sounds to me like you're asking "how can I make my room lighter and darker at the same time"

I guess it might be possible to add a little calcium carbonate, let it precipitate out for a few months, rack it, and then add a weaker acid like citric or lactic maybe?

Are you really sure that pH is 2.45? That seems *incredibly* low...
