I have a newbie question...Coming from a beer brewing background I have always used corn sugar (or honey,etc) but not table sugar. I've now succesfully made wine kits (which required no added sugar) and am looking to make some different fruit wines in my 1 gallon demijohns. Is table sugar from the supermarket what all the recipes that just say "sugar" are calling for. Should I be looking for anything special when I buy it or does store brand plain sugar behave exactly the same way. Its a very basic question I know but sometimes my brew mind brings them up.
