I tried my first acid test with the Vinoferm kit. My results for a fermented red I have came out to 3.2 on the ml scale. The instructions say it should be 6 to 8. To check this, I tested a commercial red and got a 2.4 reading. I must be doing something wrong. Appreciate any help.
