Bell's?

Just wondering if there are any Bell's drinkers in here...

I'd be one if I could get it where I live.

(actually, have had Oberon, Two-hearted, Amber, Kalamazoo Stout and Expedition Stout, all top notch beers)

I picked up some Kalamazoo Stout and Porter on a trip up to Missouri. The stout was awesome for sure and the porter was really good. I really wish they would distribute in Oklahoma - we have a very limited stout selection.

And the Americans, except for Maker's Mark.

Yes.

At least when I get back to the Midwest, which happens occasionally. Used to drink it a lot when I lived out there. I still miss Two Hearted. And Expedition Stout. I could have just those two beers for the rest of my life and be pretty happy.

Actually the only two brews of Bell's that have blown me away. Love wheats, Oberon did nothing for me this year, have had a variety of their other stuff, was pretty OK but nothing great. Expedition and Two- Hearted, OTOH, rock.

Yeah, Oberon's gone down the tubes (I remember when it was called Solsun- great back then) Expedition is great! Porter's my favorite though...

I'd miss certain beers if I was limited to that, but I can't see myself complaining too much.

Yep, Third Coast. Conflating one of them fancy pants West Coast breweries with Bell's.

Batch 6000 is out ALREADY?

Damn, time for a trip to Sam's.

I may have confused it with Batch 5000 (i can never remember what damn # they're on...) Should be pretty close to the same thing anyway.

Nope, sounds like you're confused some more! Fancy Pants brewing is in Pennsylvania, not on the West Coast!

Not any more: they's kaput, down the tubes, finito. The revolving door on that facility has spun again, and now Legacy Brewing is in there. Rejoice, though: Legacy is the guys that WERE Pretzel City, and they are once again making...DUKE OF ALE IPA! Thank Jesus. I gotta get me some. Soon.
